TRANALAB Microcomputer Automatic Calorimeter-Heat capacity: Approx. 21,000 J/K

The Microcomputer Automatic Calorimeter Model: TR-MAC-5000S fully automatic microcomputer calorimeter is designed for measuring the calorific value of combustible substances—such as coal, coke, and petroleum—across sectors including electric power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, and scientific research institutions. It complies with the following standards: GB/T 384 Determination of Calorific Value Of Petroleum Products, GB/T 213-2008 Determination Of Calorific Value of Coal, ISO 1716 Reaction to Fire Tests for Products—Determination of the Gross Heat of Combustion, and GB/T 14402-2007 Reaction to Fire Tests for Building Products—Determination of the Heat of Combustion, as well as Standard Test Method for Heat of Combustion of Liquid Hydrocarbon Fuels by Bomb Calorimeter.

Description

Features:

  1. Composed of a constant-temperature calorimetry system and a microcontroller-based control system, it features a 7.5-inch LCD screen with a Chinese-language menu. It offers user-friendly human-machine interaction and is easy to learn and operate. It is a highly automated heat-testing instrument capable of automatic control and data processing.
  2. High level of automation: features automatic water filling, automatic water weight determination, and automatic adjustment of water temperatures in both the inner and outer buckets. Manual intervention is limited to weighing the sample and inputting its weight; the instrument handles all other steps automatically, including printing test results, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
  3. The entire experimental process—including water filling and draining, stirring, ignition, temperature sampling, calculation, calibration, and printing—is fully automated, eliminating human error. Test results are stable and reliable, suitable for use in arbitration analysis.
  4. The temperature probe has been upgraded to a PT1000 sensor, effectively reducing self-heating and enhancing stability.
  5. Features a rational structure, reliable performance, and a low failure rate; it is easy to learn and use.
  6. Powerful data processing capabilities: stores over 1,000 records and displays temperature rise curves; data retrieval and printing are simple and convenient.
  7. Includes automatic conversion functions for high and low calorific values.
  8. The inner bucket is formed from high-quality stainless steel via a single-piece deep-drawing process. It features an elliptical, curved design with a smooth, rounded bottom—eliminating sharp corners or dead zones—and a highly polished exterior surface to minimize heat radiation. The curved chamber optimizes water flow, ensuring rapid temperature equalization during stirring and guaranteeing the accuracy of calorific value measurements.
  9. Note: Enlarged inner bucket; curved chamber dimensions approximately 20 x 14 x 25 cm.
