Description
InfraLUM FT-12 FT-NIR analyzer is ideal for routine laboratory testing. With a single device, users can measure key nutritional values and safety parameters in cereals, feed, flour, legumes, milk and dairy products, meat and meat products, oil and oilseeds, beverages, and more.
Routinely used, this universal instrument significantly reduces analysis cost compared to common wet-chemistry techniques. Thanks to FT spectroscopy, InfraLUM FT-12 ensures highly precise and reproducible results. It usually requires no additional sample preparation or expensive reagents and consumables. The analysis is environmentally friendly, generating no waste or pollution, and allows all parameters of interest to be measured in one run.
For liquid and paste samples analysis, and for use in industrial environments with vibrations, unstable power supply, or frequent analyzer relocation, we recommend InfraLUM FT-12 Industrial model.

IQ/OQ protocols
Applications
InfraLUM FT-12 performs express analysis of nutritional values and safety parameters in the following food and agricultural products: grains, cereals, flour, and processing products (protein, moisture, fat, fiber, starch, ash, etc.); feed, mixed fodders, and raw ingredients for feed production (protein, moisture, fat, fiber, amino acids, etc.);
legumes/pulses; oilseeds, oils and processing products (oil content, protein, moisture, fiber, ash, etc.); milk and dairy products (fat, protein, lactose, density, dry matter, casein, etc.); meat and meat products; fish and fish products (protein, moisture, fat, ash, phosphorus, calcium, etc); bakery products; Palm Oil , sauces; wine; and many more. The extended list of calibration models.
FT-NIR Analyzer InfraLUM FT-12 – a universal solution for rapid analysis of bulk agricultural products
This versatile instrument designed for fast and accurate quantitative analysis of key parameters in cereals, oilseeds, feed raw materials, compound feed, flour, and more.
The InfraLUM FT-12 is perfectly suited for use at grain elevators, feed mills, flour mills, oilseed processing plants, and other agricultural enterprises.
The analyzer delivers high efficiency and reliability, making it ideal for quality control throughout the entire agricultural supply chain – from raw materials to final product
Easy-to-use sample cells simplify the analysis process. Cells of optical width ranging from 1-27mm make sample preparation quick and easy. Cells with small optical width (1-8 mm) feature a removable front cover with magnetic fastening for even easier cleaning. Dedicated funnels ensure convenient and accurate cell filling.
Advantages:
• Simultaneous determination of all parameters of interest within 1 minute.
• Analysis of most sample types with no milling or grinding.
• Highest measurement accuracy ensured by FTNIR spectrometry.
• No reagents or consumables required.
• SpectraLUM/PRO software complied with FDA 21 CFR part 11.
• Open calibration models (the possibility of extending existing calibrations).
• Capability of regional (corporate) networking with unified enterprise’s calibrations.
• Easily extendable range of sample types and parameters of interest.
