Natural Forced Circulation in the Chamber

The principle of operation is based on fine gravitation air flow in electrically heated chamber of the device.
The double-tube construction of the chamber together with control automatics arrange homogenous distribution of temperature in the chamber, exact progress of processes and short recovery times (return to selected temperature) after the door opening. It is characterized by its economic operation. It is suitable for simple process of drying and heating of standard materials. The devices work on no-noise basis.

The cost-effective ovens series ECOCELL® with the chamber volume of 22, 55, 111, 222, 404 a 707 liters, working temperature from 5 °C above ambient temperature up 250/300°C and precise temperature control, is suitable for work with all common goods in laboratories and industry. The series ECOCELL® is characterized by a wide temperature range, noiseless run, soft air ventilation within the chamber and is suitable for high-quality and safe drying, heating and tempering of common laboratory materials. This device offers high operating comfort, precise control and short times of temperature recovery in the chamber after door opening. The devices ECOCELL® meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations in CZ and EU.

Basic Design Components
Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purpose of cleaning. On top of that the chamber has a continuously adjustable air flap and can be provided with a door window and an interior lighting on request. The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening.

• Microprocessor process control Fuzzy logic The Fuzzy logic technology, unlike conventional mechanical or electronic control (PID), evaluates data from a specific process, set by the chamber size, working temperature, humidity and other controlled variables after the program is started, using a specially developed software. Based on this information, it continuously adjusts the control input values (intensity of heating, cooling, etc.) and optimizes the regulation process to minimize the rise time to the process parameters without overshooting. In this way it is possible to achieve the set working level of quantities in the shortest time without unnecessary energy consumption and to maximize the efficiency of the work with the device. Likewise, Fuzzy logic reduces recovery times after opening the device door during the operation cycle.=Yes
