Water Chiller Mini

Laboratory water chillers are used to provide precise, consistent cooling for lab equipment and processes by circulating chilled fluid (like water or glycol), preventing overheating in analytical instruments, supporting chemical reactions, cooling lasers, maintaining stable temperatures for bioreactors, and ensuring accuracy in research like chromatography (HPLC/GC) and microscopy, vital for reliable results in pharma, biotech, and general scientific research.
Key Functions & Applications:
Cooling Analytical Instruments: Spectrophotometers, chromatographs (HPLC/GC), electron microscopes, and other sensitive devices that generate heat.
Controlling Chemical Reactions: Maintaining specific temperatures for experiments, ensuring safety and product quality.
Supporting Medical & Research Equipment: Cooling lasers, MRI/CT scanners, and other complex machinery.
Process Stability: Circulating coolant to keep processes like fermentation or distillation at optimal, stable temperatures.
Vacuum Systems: Cooling vacuum pumps and rotary evaporators.
How They Work:
They use a refrigeration cycle (compressor, condenser, evaporator) to cool a fluid (water, glycol).
This chilled fluid is then pumped through a closed loop to absorb heat from the target equipment.
This provides precise temperature control, often within ±0.1°C to ±0.5°C, which is critical for sensitive research.
Types:
Recirculating Chillers: Most common, compact, and versatile for general lab use.
Air-Cooled: Dissipate heat into the air, good for labs with good ventilation.
Water-Cooled: Use an external water source, efficient for high heat loads.

Description

One of Our Water Chiller  most successful product lines, the Water Chiller Mini TR-50-240, has now been upgraded with a new lightweight and portable cooling unit.

Temp: 5~35℃, 240W@25℃,±0.05℃

The instrument combines excellent cooling capabilities with portability and compactness. Thanks to the absence of a compressor and the use of semiconductor cooling technology (Peltier cell), it is extremely lightweight while delivering a cooling capacity of 240 W at 25 °C.

Its compact footprint allows it to be placed almost anywhere.

The temperature ranges from 5 °C to 35 °C with an accuracy of ±0.05 °C. The bright LCD screen of the Water Chiller Mini TR-50-240 can be seen from anywhere in the lab. High/low temperature alarms and low liquid level alerts ensure full safety. All of this, combined with a flow rate of 5 L/min, a pressure of 0.4 bar, and a tank volume of 0.6 L, makes the H50-240 the ideal solution for UV-VIS applications and for anyone in need of a portable, efficient, and flexible instrument.
