Electromagnetic Vibration sieving instrument TR-SV200C is a sieving instrument suitable for laboratory use designed and produced by TRABNALAB Instrument. The instrument consists of an electromagnetic driver, a housing, a digital controller, a sieve plate fixing seat, a combined sieve tower, a clamp, a transparent visual sieve frame, etc. The transparent sieve frame can be placed on any level of the sieve to observe the sieving situation. The instrument is suitable for standard sieves with diameters of 200 , 203 , and 100 , suitable for sieving in pharmacopoeias, coarse aggregate sieving, and fine aggregate sieving. The working mode of the instrument is electromagnetic three-dimensional vibration sieving, which is different from the mechanical horizontal two-dimensional reciprocating sieving. The sieving efficiency and repeatability are higher than those of the mechanical vibration sieving instrument. The instrument is equipped with sieving software. The weight of the empty sieve mass and the sieve residue mass is automatically uploaded to the software, and the software calculates the percentage of each level by itself. Finally, the particle size distribution curve is automatically generated, and the distribution of particle size is automatically analyzed by the software.
