Description
TR-APC-6E laser dust particle counter (2.83 L/min) is used to measure and analyze the size and quantity of dust particles in a unit volume of air in a clean environment, and is a testing instrument to determine the cleanliness level of a clean environment according to standards.
Dust particle counters are widely used in clean workshop inspections in enterprises such as medicine and hygiene, optics, chemistry, food, cosmetics, electronics, biological products, aerospace and so on.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
TR-APC-6E provides a constant velocity sampling head, which is connected to the sampling port through a hose. The isokinetic sampling head helps to reduce the counting error of small particle sampling and should be used in every measurement. When sampling typical indoor and outdoor aerosol particles, the iso-kinetic sampling head should always face upward.
The instrument can be held in your hand or placed on a flat surface or tripod with the LCD screen facing the operator. When the dust particle counter is sampling a constant air flow, such as a clean room, air duct, downstream of a filter, etc., the air flow direction is always aligned with the opening of the constant velocity sampling head.
